We provide therapy services for individuals and families.  Serving children, adolescents and adults. 

We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and theories that are grounded in research and best practice. 

The length and frequency of appointments is determined on an individual basis and in accordance with your needs. 

 

Payment for services:  We will work with you and your insurance company to determine your benefits and coverage.  It is important to understand that all information gathered from insurance companies are estimates and not a guarantee of coverage. If, for some reason, our services are not covered by your insurance company, or you do not have insurance, we will work with you to create a payment plan or suggest other providers you could check with. It is important to remember that you are ultimately responsible for your bill.  

We work with most insurance companies, including and not limited to: BCBS, Cigna, Health Partners, Medica, Mayo Medica, Medical Assistance, Medicare, Preferred One, SCHA, UCare, United Health.  

Hours:  Andrea is in the office Monday -Thursday  and Diana is in on Wednesdays; Katie's hours are by appointment in the later afternoon.  The office is closed on Fridays.    Voicemail is available 24 hours a days, 7 days a week.  

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency and you have a crisis plan, consult that, otherwise, call the SE Minnesota Crisis Response Team at (844) 274-7472, call 911 or go to your local emergency room.

Dialectic Behavior Therapy  

Andrea is trained in DBT and is a member of an active DBT team providing both individual DBT therapy and co-facilitating a DBT group for adults.  

DBT is an intensive outpatient therapy that includes weekly individual and weekly group sessions.  DBT focuses on teaching skills in 4 core areas: mindfulness,  distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
